Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed and dispatch the same day so you can expect to receive your item(s) in 3-4 working days.

If you would like to change your shipping address you can do so during checkout. If you want to change your shipping address after making an order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will email you periodically after your order has been placed to ensure you are kept up to date.
No. We do not store card information directly. Any card data stored will be handled by our payment processor.
We charge a standard 20% VAT on all items.
At the moment we only ship inside the UK.
We do our best to ship out all items in one package but unfortunately this may not always be possible.

Returns and Exchanges
All items can be returned within 14 days in an unopened, unused condition & in the original packaging, for a full refund. The return postage cost is not covered by Random Collectables.

Unfortunately not. Allot of our items are one-off’s and as such are difficult to restock.
